Enlightenment Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Price
1.1 All prices are net and do not include VAT or delivery.

2. Stock Availability
2.1 All goods that are indicated as being in stock shall be available from stock within one to three working days for deliveries within the UK with the exception of all staging and truss products which can take between two to four weeks depending on size of order.
2.2 Enlightenment shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.

3. Order Deadline
3.1 All orders must be received by 4pm to guarantee delivery the next working day.

4. Delivery Charges
4.1 The delivery charge for orders up to the net value of £100.00 shall be £10.00.
4.2 The delivery charge for orders between a net value of £100.01 and £500.00 shall be £15.00.
4.3 The delivery charge for orders between a net value of £500.01 and £999.99 shall be £20.00.
4.4 All orders with a net value of more than £1,000.00 shall be delivered free of charge.
4.5 Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost on request.

5. Fitness for Purpose
5.1 Enlightenment gives no warranty that the goods are fit for the customer's purpose or purposes. The customer warrants that he has satisfied himself that the goods will be fit for every purpose which he requires them and that he does not rely on any skill or judgment of Enlightenment in that regard.

6. Acceptance
6.1 All goods should be tested immediately upon delivery. Any faulty goods should be reported to Enlightenment in writing within five working days after delivery. If no notice is given after five working days the goods will be deemed as accepted by the customer.
